Replaced Furnace Feb 2019 Asif was my salesman. He explained why I should replace my furnace vs repairing it. He didn’t try to upscale my current furnace. He gave me all the facts, and left it with me to decide. I decided to go with him, and he had a spot for me the next day. His installers were GREAT!. Jean (aka John) and Hadi were my installers. Furnace replacement We were out of heat on the coldest day of the month. Asif drops by within hours of my call, accommodated us the next day for the installation even when they were all booked. Then John and Rohan came by, did a perfect job installing the furnace. A very professional work ethic, and still making sure the customer's needs are addressed in every way possible. Will see you guys in spring for my Air Conditioner :)

Install furnace and air conditioning. Work was completed as scheduled and the furnace has worked well since installed. We had a small problem with replacing the air filter which was solved quickly and efficiently the same day. The air conditioning has only been running for a few weeks. It appears to be adequate for the house size although we have not had excessive heat this spring so far.

Replace furnace Furnace was not properly installed to the fresh air intake vent to fit filter opening on side of furnace causing furnace to overheat. I called and they sent someone to tweet it to compensate for installation error but I fear the efficiency and life of furnace has been compromised Initially they blamed the thermostat was the problem

Hi John, when we install Furnaces we make sure the installation is done right as per to manufacturer's installation guidelines and TSSA codes. The problem which you are mentioning is not Furnace installation related, its your return air duct size (which was already there). If you would like we can upgrade your return Air duct but we normally don't change entire duct work when we install Furnaces.
