Asif and his HVAC technicians were such a pleasure to deal with and we would use them again and highly recommend to friends and family. In 2023 we started looking at the options of changing our old furnace. We contacted Asif from Furnace and AC experts (referral from a friend). He promptly visited our home to make an assessment and gave us a few recommendations. There was no pressure to buy immediately, and the entire discussion was very professional. We had just bought a property and the furnace gave up on us. We contacted Furnace AC Experts and few other authorized Carrier furnace dealers as we were short on time with an impending tenant coming in. From our first dealing with Asif on the phone, to his visit for an estimate, to the booking, installation and follow up, we were very pleased with Furnace AC Experts. The price was a fair one. John and Sumeet arrived right on schedule for the installation, and were knowledgeable and efficient with the installation. They cleaned up after the work was done, went through the operation of the system, and answered all of our questions.

We had to arrange new furnace urgently due to defective heat exchanger in our Furnace and we were at higher risk of Carbon Monixide Hazard. It was weekend and we never dealt with this situation. I dropped voicemail to Asif on Saturday morning and he called me back within 30 mins on Saturday early morning. He review entire situation and explained all possible options to us.
