installation of Mitsubishi Zuba ducted heat pump Taking advantage of loans/grants from the Canada Greener Homes program, we asked Furnace AC Experts to install a Mitsubishi Zuba ducted heat pump to replace our old air conditioner and gas furnace. The price the company quoted was fair, and installation was careful, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Great Service Phase one for converting to a hybrid HVAC was completed on time and within budget by a team of sales and installers professionals. No surprises.

New Furnace Contacted Furnace and AC as I needed to replace the furnace. While I didn't get a chance to meet w Asif in person, he provided a very competitive quote and was very patient and detailed in explaining everything via phone and email (throughout the day and night). New furnace Our furnace broke and needed a quick replacement. The team was responsive, explained everything in detail, and moved very fast. Got a new furnace installed in less than 48 hours.

Service I had my furnace and air conditioner serviced on 11/10/2022 and I am very please with the technician's professionalism and pleasant attitude. I had both installed in January 2017 and am very happy with the performance of the equipment and the service I have received. I would highly recommend Furnace and AC Experts.
Furnace, Heat pump, Humidifier I was pleased with how considerate the installers were. They were here for 2 days installing a new furnace and heat pump, which involved a new exhaust duct, and routine the duct & wiring through the basement. I expected a big mess of stuff in my basement but they kept it pretty neat and clean. They did have to come back later to finish off the humidifier because the job took a bit longer than they expected, but that wasn't a big deal.

Side excaust AC install Communicated with Asif over email and got the job quoted, much preferable to the other quotes where people want to meet you at your house and talk for 1hr. Price was competitive. I was looking to remove the old unit that was on the second floor, which required a scissor lift, and replace it with a new unit eight feet off the ground.
