Loved the Kaki Fry! – The food here is really fun and not what you'd expect. It's an Izakaya restaurant, so everything comes in small portions. Everything tasted great. The only downside is that it gets crowded and the seating is kind of tight.

So-So Experience – The food was good, but not fantastic; the service was acceptable, but not stellar. It was nice to go to a Japanese restaurant that offers something other than sushi (not that there's anything wrong with that!) and teriyaki. If you want to try more traditional Japanese foods, this might be a great little joint to check out. Plus, because everything's served pu pu style, you can afford to walk on the gastrointestinal wild side.

great food but they use tons of msg in their food – Great food. But they use tons of MSG. This place is not for people who have reactions to MSG. Service was fair.

Chicken Wings are the best here – The chicken wings are sooooo delicious here!!!! I ordered other yummy stuff too, but it's the wings that's going to keep bringing me back. The parking is kinda weird in the back though... what's with the "pull fwd", so other cars can park behind you and block you in? ekkk.

Best chicken Their house special is their chicken (tebasaki or half/quarter chicken). Special seasoning that is unbelievably fantastic. We've been ordering this chicken since 1990s and it hasn't changed. Very unique seasoning that you can't get anywhere else.

Chicken wing yakitori This yakitori restaurant is known for their chicken wings, about the only time I indulge in chicken skin! Ala carte typically expensive, but the dinner boxes are a great deal. Great variety of little side dishes makes it a delightful place to graze when you're not in the mood for a full meal.

go for the chicken This place is really popular. We had to wait a long while to get a table. The service was a bit inattentive but I think it was due to the busyness of the restaurant. The chicken was just okay when it finally arrived.

Great Food – This place is great. I've been going there for a couple of years now pretty regularly. What I like best about it is the fact that you get to sample a number of dishes during one sitting. I think the staff are usually a pretty decent bunch and, contrary to what some other reviewer states, the chef is Japanese. The cooks aren't, but I don't see how that's a big problem. Terrible lunch service – I?ve gone to lunch here twice and the wait staff is the worst I?ve ever experienced ? the guys who serve food are rude and empty headed. The fist time I went, I got my salad at the end of the meal after reminding him three times. He gave me attitude when I complained so I vowed not to go again. I went back a second time with a group of co-workers thinking it may have changed after a year. Unfortunately, the staff is still bad.
