Worst experience of my life. Purchased new 50k Fifth wheel.serious problems since day one. Everybody passes it off to someone else. Almost a year and NOTHING done with my warrenty claims. I have a 50 k dollar boat anchor. Save yourself the nightmare. I just made my 89th documented phone call to them over the year. Skip this place. BEWARE. I'm sueing tmrw. No choice! We have tried everything else. Total BS!!
We are very pleased with the follow-up warranty and repair service we received from Sun-n-Fun in Ludington. Matt and the crew went out of their way to assist us with our Rockwood trailer that was new but purchased elsewhere. We received excellent service at the factory service center in Indiana as well. But we did not realized many RV businesses have very limited or non-existent service departments. Our salesman, Jeremy, was great to work with. Not the typical salesman. The whole family worked hard to make our purchase easier. Dave and Michelle worked hard to get us great financing. It was really nice working with a family owned dealership. Michelle's husband, Tim, even delivered to our campground so we could use for the weekend and then Dennis (father of Jeremy and Michelle) picked it back up to get our hitch installed before leaving on our trip. My husband and I purchased our Cedar Creek Cottage RV from Ludington. Jeremy was so wonderful to work with and made us feel so comfortable making our purchase. On the day of delivery the two guys who delivered the trailer were absolutely amazing and very professional (I'm still in awe as to how they could get our trailer into the spot with such ease). We will make sure any friends and family check out what Jeremy has to offer before going any where else. We LOVE our trailer.

Love our camper other than a few issues, hated the customer service dealing with our warranty issues. Took care of one issue with our couch. It has been a year dealing with this issue now we are left out in the cold to remedy ourselves. Would not send service guy out to assess my issues. I live 5 hours away I was told. 5 hours did not matter when I purchased my camper. Unbelievable!! Not a happy camper right now..

We purchased a new trailer from Greg in Coopersville and picked it up on June 28. It was a very good experience. Greg and his crew took time explaining everything to us and showed us how everything worked. Two days later on our maiden voyage up to Ludington, we had a mishap that accordian-folded the air conditioner and did some roof damage.
