Disappointed, our sales guy was super nice. But you pay for prep, which I called and asked what was included (she said cleaning making sure everything works minor repairs etc ) I bought a used camper, to find it pretty dirty on the inside, an old piece of carpet that was never taken out. (Not permanent carpet just a piece the previous owners used. Filth under the carpet items left in the cabinets and the black water tank wasn’t flushed and the sensor seems to be broken! We purchased a 2020 travel trailer early summer 2020, and took delivery of it in mid-June. There were a few issues with it, a cabinet that needed to be replaced, another that needed adjustment, the bathroom door that wouldn't latch completely, and a couple minor adjustments that were done that day. Jim in maintenance took pics and told us the parts would be ordered, but it would take at least a couple weeks, and we were okay with that. RecommendedA great company to work with! We looked at the camper in February (snow and cold) and Michelle still took us out to see it! Finalized the purchase in March, had 3 delivery dates due to covid, and the communication was top notch! Now we are finally enjoying our first weekend in our Salem Grand Villa!!! Highly recommend Fun-N-Sun you will not be disappointed!

EVERY THING.. sales, service..walk through. We asked for a couple of changes for the unit we purchased. When we arrived to pick up our unit one change was completed, the other was brought to our campsite, placed by their service department at the park. We have enjoyed our unit immensely. Thank you for an easy, enjoyable pressure free purchase.
Went meet Michelle at the Gaylord RV Show this weekend! She sat down and got us a price right away! She wasn’t pushy about anything! We a very happy with her service and can’t wait for our camper to be ready!

Service is horrible, salesman are horrible, my brother and sister in law have had nothing but issues with there camper (only being 3 years old) including leaking sink and toilet was taken to service for a full winter.... costed them money. Got it back and was told the flooring was tore up and replaced its been one year and we found mushrooms growing in their kids room! MUSHROOMS! They called and what they got was a nothing we can do about it your loss. They own a large campground and will absolutely not be recommending them ... read more
