My wife and I just picked up our second trailer from fun n sun. The experience was great. Jeremy did an excellent communicating via email, and was very quick to respond and answer all our questions. The team at Coopersville was Fantastic! We appreciate their friendly atmosphere and willingness to make sure that we were taken care of.

Stopped by Ludington to get some info and suggestions on getting my new truck set up with a 5th wheel hitch that I had bought from them a year ago and had installed in a 2015 F250, know have same hitch Installed in 2017 F350. Start to tell the employee at the service desk about the 5th wheel riding nose up and he was quick to cut me short and instruct me that they are to busy and that I need to make a appointment a week from today! Unfortunately the style fifth wheel hitch you have (a Pullrite) does not have any up and down adjustments and the only adjustment we can make to adjust the nose up or down during travel would be to on the kingpin of the fifth wheel. Wonderful, helpful people. Great experience! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well informed. I definitely recommend them if you are in the market.
We just bought a new 5th wheel toy hauler last week and it was a great experience. Very friendly staff who answered all of our questions before we made the 7 hour drive to Ludington for our hauler. Great, informative walk-through to make sure we were comfortable with our 1st camper. They also installed the hitch while we did the walk-through and paperwork (pre-approval available online so we literally had to sign a couple pages when we got there and done) and did a great job on that as well.
