If I were to say one thing about my experience of living here for almost 3 years, it has to be that this has been not only the most affordable student housing in its area, but as well as the most quiet and convenient living spaces that I have come across, regarding student housing. Big ups to the maintenance crew here as well.If I could stay here for another year I would but life calls for further movements. I love living here! The rooms and the apartment itself are spacious and modern. I enjoy the people who live here and the pet friendly environment. I'm going to be sad to leave this place!
The workers are nice and all, but when it comes to getting things fixed it's literally the worst. My washer was broken for about a month before it got fixed, same with microwave. An eye on the stove blew out and that took a few weeks, all the fluorescent lighting barely works, and now both showers a flooding two and a half bedroom, the living room, and the laundry room. Plus we've had a constant ant problem, Roaches, and mold.
They advertise as secure gated apartments. However, 2 gates along Gate City Blvd do not lock. The management has been notified multiple times and the excuse has been "the parts have been ordered ". Their excuse for the past 3 months. Also, the pool is not open. Was told 3 weeks ago that it did not pass inspection.
