I only have stayed here for 8 months and I am ready to move. At first the management was amazing until Peak Campus took over. After that everything went downhill. I am so ready to move. They have changed property managers 4 times since I moved in!! Ridiculous. I'm getting out of student living after staying here. It's a rip off.

For student living, I'm living. The space is great and the leasing office is a joy.
Definitely one of the nicer apartments I've ever rented. Doubt you would find a better deal elsewhere. The staff have been so awesome and helpful that they have made this the best moving experience. I've been here less than a week but I already love it!

I've lived here since spring and it was alright at best. Update:::: Things have come full circle from progress to nothing with maintenance I see. I just found out today that Mr Torrance (The good maintenance guy who fixed everything when the other guys couldn't ) was fired because she didn't like him personally. They need to fire that creepy acting groundskeeper Juan who can never fix anything!! That guy walks around on his phone all day,and try's to date residents. As a college student it is really important to find affordable housing, and Student Quarters offers that. The price includes hard wood floors, a washer and dryer, wifi, a full kitchen, and access to a lot of other amenities. In edition to a great place to live, Student Quarters offers a roommate match, and because of that I have found one of my very best friends. I would never recommend someone moving here. It was dirty from the second I moved in and had roaches. It took weeks for anything to be fixed and they will try to find a way to keep your security deposit at the end of a miserable leasing period. Just ask anybody who has lived here before, this place is awful.
In reference to Student Quarters Spring Garden: WORST PLACE EVER!!! I HAD TO PAY $2000 TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE AFTER A ROACH INFESTATION AND DANGEROUS AND SLOPPY ROOMATE THAT WOULD GROSS ANYONE OUT. THIS PLACE ATTRACTS THE WORST OF THE WORST ROOMATES. SAVE YOURSELF!!!! DON"T MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!! DON"T SIGN!!! Management so sloppy and unorganized. They dont know what they're doing. They will tell you this and another person tell you something else. creates a bunch of confusion, then they tell you at the last minute about fees thats not even mentioned in the leased. Wouldn't recommend living here at all.
