This review is based on my experience with the realtor Calvin Marshall: Calvin completely stood me up and it was about the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing I have ever experienced. I had been in contact with him for about a week about viewing a handful of apartments. I told him my specifications and he promised to set up a bunch of showings. I've had a pretty unfortunate and unacceptable experience with Fulton Grace so far. I will have to start with the most recent issue in this review and will continue with all my issues with this company in additional online reviews. I recently leased a commercial space through Fulton Grace from Aaron Shadrick "Senior Property Manager." My experience since day one of moving in has been nothing more than mediocre. A long overdue review for the fantastic team at Fulton Grace and in particular, Owen Duffy! Owen helped my buy a condo in August last year and was nothing short of superb. As a recent immigrant to the the U.S. it was more challenging for me to navigate the process, without Owen and his Team - I'm not sure I would have come out the other side. At one stage my financing fell through right before we were clear to close. Owen calmly held the deal together and set about introducing me to his lender and we got the deal closed. I c... read more

We moved to Chicago from out of state and Percy helped us find our apartment. He was so patient with us and helped us every step of the way including signing the lease. We love our landlord and are so glad we were able to find something in our limited time and proce range. Highly recommend Percy.
