Horrible company! They suckered me into a 5 month lease starting in December and claimed I would go on a month-month lease until the Owner sales the condo I’ll be renting. I made it clear that I absolutely will not sign a lease if they try to significantly raise my rent from $1400/month. 4 months into the lease I kept asking my property manager Tyler, about how exactly will my month to month lease go and if the owner has sold her condo or if it was even back up on the market. Fulton Grace is beyond unprofessional- Phil reaches out to me last Thursday with a text saying he saw my request to see a property and asked when I had time to talk. I replied I’m free in an hour and that was the last time I received a reply. I sent 3 more messages that day and nothing as well as one in the morning - nothing.
