They are terrible at management. The building next to me has junk in the back for weeks collapsing my fence, and we’ve had to get on them to cut their weeds down in front. Don’t know about any other of their places but the neighbors on this block have called them a lot but to no response. They seem to respond to Facebook tho.
Horrible experience with Fulton Grace. Got into a lease with them last year November and they signed that they will resolve any issues within 5 working days. We had an issue with the AC from the beginning and they kept saying that this is building issue. For 4 months they kept saying this lie and after we took all the effort asking from neighbors and building management to know that this is AC issue only. Last year we got an apartment from Fulton Grace in Andersonville. The space was fine at first but once we settled in we realized there were a lot of things that weren’t up to code. Our heaters didn’t work, we had a broken window all year that never got fixed, single pane wooden windows frames that were either plexiglass or sealed shut and by the end of our lease our landlord padlocked our fire escape shut. They were professional, responsive, diligent and thorough. I would definitely trust this team with property management or sales in the fire.
Worst management company in the city.
Horrible company! They suckered me into a 5 month lease starting in December and claimed I would go on a month-month lease until the Owner sales the condo I’ll be renting. I made it clear that I absolutely will not sign a lease if they try to significantly raise my rent from $1400/month. 4 months into the lease I kept asking my property manager Tyler, about how exactly will my month to month lease go and if the owner has sold her condo or if it was even back up on the market.
