RecommendedI have had the best, prolonged, customer service of perhaps any business I have ever interacted with in my life. Period. I don't mean a one time good visit, I mean top notch care and attenton over an extended set of several visits. They would not rest until I was delighted (even when every "issue" was my own fault and my own bad decisions). They gave me a considerable amount of personal attention, were extremely generous and gracious, and never wavered in trying to make me thrilled with my glasses. I was so, so impressed.
Dr Noss is very nice and so is the rest of the staff. I felt very comfortable and didn't have to wait too long. The staff was helpful and kind. Glad that I chose them for my eye care!
