best pour over I've had in DFW, and I've suffered through a lot of them.
It’s been a couple months since we stopped in at full city rooster and as I’m sipping on my “ninja”made coffee I came to realize that I never left a review of one of the best coffee shops we’ve ever been to. We visited Dallas for a week and I happened to walk down the street for coffee one morning and that’s all it took to be hooked. The owner is passionate about roasting the best coffee and his establishment is a meeting place for artists and artisans.
Had a great conversation with the owners and returned hours later for another cup of coffee. Best I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be going back.
My favorite place to get a pour over! Please do yourself a favor. If you’re lucky, like myself, you’ll catch them in the middle of a new roast. Nothing like getting to see it happening while you sip on a the prior batch of heavenly dark roasted goodness!
