Awesome time doing a tour this morning with my girlfriend. Not only did we pour our own espresso, learn the roasting process, sample multiple coffees (and coffee cherry tea we didn't know existed), but Michael actually helped us plan an entire day out in Dallas. Oh and we went home with what I'm sure will be an incredible customized blend of two coffees (including what we brewed) for our cold brew system. Thank you so much Michael and Chris, we will definitely be back soon and often.
