These guys do a great job, show up ontime and shoot straight.
These guys are brilliant. We had ac issues in the spring of 2023. We had 3 failed attempts from previous hvac techs; and decided to start fresh with Full Arse. These guys are so knowledgable and amazing! They isolated the issue on the first visit, and 2nd visit resolved our issues. They are professional, courteous, punctual and my heros. I know who I will be calling for any future issues.
I texted Full Arse (after trying 3 different HVAC companies in the Gorge with bad results) and let him know minor details. He came and figured out what was wrong with our unit within the week. He was honest and upfront and so easy to communicate with. It was a breath of fresh air (ha ha). He will be very successful with his business because he treats his customers with respect. I would definitely recommend Ryan for any HVAC needs. Ryan was able to identify the problems with our 20 year old heat pump system and with the information he provided us and going over all of the pros and cons of repairing what he thought needed to be repaired or going with a new system, we ultimately ended up deciding to purchase a complete new system.
