Living 2 blocks from the main gate of Nats Park was a great experience. The neighborhood is filled with a huge variety of restaurants, food stores and even a farmer’s market. The people in the Velocity, management and residents made living there fun and they were always kind. I highly recommend using Fulcrum. The process from start to finish was pretty much seamless. .
