I love the Sushi, the people & the atmosphere!!! Awesome!!!
My daughters food was cold...sent it back..they microwaved it and it was still cold... my filet and shrimp had no flavor at all. Husband sent his food back twice as well. Customer service was ok but food was horrible.... never again will I waste this much money when I can go to Yokoso and have real food with real flavor. Very slow service. What a waste of money and time... we won't ever be back... WAY TOO OVER PRICED.... food portions are so small.
Upon walking up to the outdoor bar, my husband and I were immediately greeted by a server who asked us if we needed menus. We told her we did not, we were only planning to have a quick drink at the bar. So we waited...and waited...and waited as the bartender CHEWED HER FOOD behind the bar, looking at us no less than 3 times yet never saying a word. I love it here! I never thought I would become a regular at a Japanese steakhouse, but I'm a regular here. Whether it's to be entertained by the hibachi chef, enjoy a quiet lunch with friends in normal dining or grab a couple drinks at the bar after work, I always have a great time here. The staff is always quick and friendly and the food is phenomenal! I'll be a regular for a long time.
Great atmosphere, flavorful entrees, wide variety of sushi, with a wonderful staff!! I come here usually on my own and I get seated within seconds along with a menu. Drinks are always served promptly and I've never had a bad experience. Miss Jing, the manager, is a great hostess when she's here at the Northwoods location and always makes sure you're well taken care of.
I love the sushi. Always come here on my lunch break but today was different. For some reason the bottom of the bag opened up and my food fell out. Called the store back. Explain the situation. And the shift supervisor Jane says to me "I'm trying to figure out how we are responsible for that because your bag was fine when you left." Really Jane?? And customer service today.
The food and service are phenomenal! Can't wait to go again!
Cold food and not as much food as the other places like this
