Had the volcano roll and the hibachi filet, scallops, and lobster. Everything was fantastic, and tasted super fresh! The service was excellent, the staff were all friendly and good humored! Not from around here, but we will be back!
Food is great but service is horrible which makes you not wanna go back. Waited forever for our drinks to come and then once she brought them she never came back. Went my whole meal of spicy sushi with no drink. She forgot to even get my fiancé his soda but then had it charged on the bill. I saw other people get up from their tables to ask her for stuff as well as I assume they were in the same boat as us.
the food is great but service took forever. we waited an hour sitting at the grill waiting for our food to be cooked. we arrived at 4:30 there was only one other couple in the grill area. we didn't get our salad and soup until after an hour. we had a show to get to and were going to be late for it. we just put our food in to go boxes hot off the grill. there really was no excuse for the ridiculously slow service and no apology offered by the wait staff.
Tommy was AMAZING!!!! He was so entertaining! We would love to have him every time!!!
