Walked in and said was a 30 min wait after 2 hrs finally walked up and asked they said a water line had been busted and couldn't sit anyone until the manager told them what to do with 3 cranky kids that were hungry very disappointed left and went somewhere else
The food and drinks were great, and I loved that there was stuff to keep the kids busy while we waited
Our waitress was really nice. The attractions were cool. However the food wasn't that great. I've eaten here before and it was good but this time it was terrible. Everyone's food was terrible in our party. Told the manager and she really didn't care
The atmosphere is great and fun. We had a group of 6 people and we all ordered fried food of some sort. My husband and daughter had fried shrimp and unfortunately they spent the whole night throwing up. They had food poisoning. Be careful what you eat.
Limited menu options, way over priced, good atmosphere mainly disappointed in pricing
Unlike recent whiny and complaining reviews, great food, great service, and great fun! We come here every time we go to Destin. It is a long wait to be seated but that's because EVERYONE WANTS TO GO THERE!! And while you are waiting there is a lot that you can do. They even have their own mini gator exhibit and you can feed gators. There's even a mini dance floor and gift shop! Honestly the food here was overpriced, but that wasn't even what really bothered me. I showed up with my family and from the very beginning the server kept telling us no that we couldn't have things a certain way without even having a reason they weren't able to. For example we asked for a substitution on one of the sides and even offered to pay an upcharge to do so, and they still refused and basically said it was store policy.
