Honestly was pretty disappointed by the entire visit. Food was okay, order was wrong, waited forever to be seated and for the food and we had a reservation. The floor was so slick my husband almost fell and we saw many others almost do the same. The only thing I did enjoy was the music on the patio while we waited, but I could have just listened to Spotify and ate someplace else and had a better experience.
The wait was not bad at all and we LOVED Sophia!!! She was great and had massive upsell skills! Will be back next time for sure!!! �
Experience and atmosphere is always a 5 but food is not anything special. The food is never bad but I wouldn't go back each year without the kids.
After being told there is an hour and a half wait we decided to get a drink at the bar. Along the way noticing about 6 different tables throughout completely empty. #getittogether
Tourist spot ok food sere ice ok. Alligators at awesome
Great food, great service. Seated within 30 min. Watched the gators and looked around during our wait. Food was delicious!!
