When they said it would be an hour wait, we hesitated but decided to wait. So glad we did, the kiddos and adults had fun feeding the gators and we had just finished walking through the little museum when the buzzer went off. There were plenty of things to do to keep you occupied for a long wait. They were crowded, but service was pretty good. We tried alligator for the first time and we all enjoyed our meals. Everyone there was helpful and accommodating.
Excellent service! The food was delicious! Bonus, my kids got to hold an alligator and feed them! It made their day!
I tried the gator pucker..wasn't sure what to expect. But it was delicious. .service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was kinda..throw back funky..fun little place..we walked around the gator pond..and enjoy ed looking at the other little exhibits..and the gift shop..We will come back next time we are in the area.

First time there. Heather our waitress was great.
They texted us after a 45 minute wait, then seated another party of 5 that just got there, they apologized then scrambled to find us a table. I ordered a salad and never got it. I ordered Chicken covered with bacon and cheese and the cheese slices were cold and not melted onto the chicken. My father in laws order was wrong and he waited another 15 minutes for his meal. Our drinks were empty most of the time. Never had anyone apologize for poor service after the seating mishap. Very poor first imprssion.
Great drinks, great food, great atmosphere. Best server Heather, took great care of us. Next time we're back in town will definitely stop in again!
