What an amazing experience. I just love that there was so many things for the kids to do and see!
The service was TERRIBLE! My husband had to ask for his drink 4 times. She then forgot the children's kiddy-cocktail drinks. We didn't have utensils, I had to ask for them 2 times, after not getting them after that, I literally had get up and ask for them from the hostess stand where there were 4-5 workers standing around leisurely. When they brought out our food, she forgot our children's meals, we had to remind her we ordered it. I do understand that they were busy before we got there, but they weren't when we sat down. I thought the food was delicious! Had a burger with yummy fries!
The waitress sucked had to wait forever to get service and get my ticket. Food was not as good as I have had there before. Great atmosphere though
Good family place. Fair prices. May have a wait, but plenty to keep everyone busy, while waiting��
Kids love the enviroment but food is not that good! Good thing you can do the alligator feeding without having to eat there.
Plentiful portions, very friendly waitstaff, good food.
