We requested a table close to family already arrived(15 min before us) The Person seating us told us the only table available was for 20 + people then seated a party of 6( there was 5 of us) so instead she seated us upstairs in an area where no one was seated! My baked potato was covered in black spots and one of the burgers was well done instead of medium! That was just the tip of the iceberg! Bad experience!!
I gave it a 2 because we had fun feeding the alligators and the food was just ok. Our waiter was horrible. The child (4-5 yrs old) next to our table wanted a refill and asked while our waiter was taking our order (no big deal to me) and the waiter snapped at him and rolled his eyes. Then when we ordered our food my son wanted the fudanotor burger without the chili on it and we were told it couldn't be made without the chili unless it's a food allergy! Ridiculous!! 2 hour Waite food is just ok do not recommend at all
Waited about 45 minutes for cold food. We were seated in the back room and it was flies everywhere. Just very disappointed for the amount of money you pay to get this service.
The place was really cute and we had a good time feeding the alligators and in the arcade. The food was not very good and we only had cheeseburgers. Can't be that hard to make a good burger. Service was ok. Will definitely come back, but we probably won't eat there.
Fun for the kids to see and feed the gators, next to the arcade and surf shop... How can you go wrong!!
The last two days of our vacation in Destin had 90-100% chance of rain however Fudpuckers gave us a fun experience to get out of the beach house! We ate fried gator then watched people feed gators 🤣Fun place for kiddos too!
Atmosphere was SUPER FUN...food mediocre! Gators were fun to feed & watch. Handlers were friendly & informative. Kids stage was fun & exciting & the girl hosting was AWESOME! All the staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. Food is expensive for the quality - and menu is limited. We will probably visit again for the experience but not eat here.
Excellent service. Food was delicious and the drinks were to die for. Would highly recommend.
