We had a group of 15 that waited over an hour and a half on Friday night, which is totally understandable in this area at this time of year. Everyone liked their food and drinks, and two people in our group got free birthday desserts (which were HUGE). We go every time we visit Destin and we will be back next year!
Horrible service! 2+ hour wait just for a table. 4 of the 9 orders were wrong! Terrible experience! We will NEVER go again!
Last night of an amazing vacation. Decided to try Fudpuckers. I was not expecting to travel to the 7th Level of Hell, but there we were. After a 2 hour wait, walked past a plethora of empty tables. Sat for what seemed like forever to get totally wrong food. Correct food was even, meh. Would not suggest this to anyone, except maybe my ex.
The food is average but our waitress was awesome and did a very good job. So if you go ask for KALIE she is a very good waitress.
The food was awful...even though the menu did mention allergy options, the waitress had no idea what the gluten free choices were. The grand nachos, if you want to call them that, were horrible. The drink I ordered by far was the worst I've had during my vacation and I've ordered the same one as I'm limited to what I can have. Food was mediocre at best. Waitress messed up the order and blamed me for ordering wrong. Gators were the best part.
We were told we had about a 30-40 minute wait, were seated well before 30 mins! Everyone we encounter there was friendly and out going. Our server, Jesus, was AMAZING! We are from Tennessee and learned that he goes to school in East TN :). Great food, great service in a great city....could t ask for more!
Billy with the Ninja Turtle Apron is the BOMB! So funny and down to earth!! You will love him. If the wait is long no worries they have plenty to do Game Room and Gators all over the place! Food is yummy hamburgers are super good! You will love it we do each year! Thanks Billy from r a good time. #Texas
Lots of fun things to do while you wait but the food is subpar and the price is outrageous!
