I had a great Experience with Fuccillo and was surprised at how easy the whole process ended up being. Beatriz was fantastic and made the experience as painless as possible. The finance dept did a fantastic job at getting us a loan and payments within our budget. I would definitely start my next car experience at Fuccillo and avoid the other dealers that were more about saying no than helping to find a way to yes.
Highly recommend Beatriz she is the best. She worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted in my car. Spent hours working with me to gather paperwork. She made sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. A great saleswoman who is compassionate and caring. The best.
Had a pleasurable experience at Fuccillo VW. Justyn M. was a great, very personable salesman with a good sence of humor. He helpped me out with buying my 1st new car and even came in on his day off to do so.
Inquired about a car Saturday, Carter called me not even 10 minuets later to set up a appointment to go test drive. I was met by Emanuel outside and we went and test drove it. And then Monday I went and signed the papers and brought her home. Overall very happy with my experience with Fuccillo Volkswagen, Kevin the financial manger explained everything that I asked (first time buying a car) and explained every detail. I highly recommend this dealership! Now a proud owner of a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta GLI 6 speed.

Yesterday was a horrible experience for me. I dropped my car off a few minutes before my appointment at noon. They said they were running a little behind which was understandable. But the rep went on to state my car would be ready no later than 130pm. To give a little leeway I arrived backed at the dealership at 145pm. The car was still not ready. Once again. After a deer totaled my car on a Tuesday morning I was blessed to find the car I really wanted and the wonderful people at Fuccillo. Thank you Michael Kerwin for all of your help. By Monday 6 days after my accident I was in a beautiful Certified VW. Michael took care of everything. My financing with a 5 star warranty, my title exchange with my insurance company for the old car, he helped with dropping off my rental car and had me driving home by the end of the day!
