Let's see...first, when I was looking for a HD, I made the mistake of giving them my phone number. Three tiers of management will call you to "ensure" you still don't want a HD. Second, I needed a fuel peacock o-ring to stop a fuel leak. I was told that I would have to buy the whole assembly and possibly the fuel line as well. Funny thing is when I told a service guy about the leak, he told me all I need was a $1.50 o-ring, which by the way was at the same parts counter that said it was not available.
