Every time that my family and I have gone there, they make you feel like family. I bought my bike at another dealer, but they have helped me find the parts and accessories that I wanted. My next bike purchase will be through fort thunder.
First time I used service dept, was the last time as well. Brand new bike with a complaint verified by 2 of their techs. Was told further diagnosing would be out of my pocket. Bike still whines like a weed eater. The service manager wouldn't even return my calls.
Great place. The people that work there are very cool. I will be back.(several times)
