Stopped by Fort Thunder yesterday. I assume 24 year old kids can't buy a motorcycle because I got ugly looks from 8/10 employees as soon as I walked through the door. I had cash money to put a payment down on a used bike but their customer service screwed that up. I'll go to Stillwater if I want to find a bike I like. Fort Thunder is ran and operated by a bunch of assholes.
I bought my FREEWHEELER back in February at Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson. Got a great price and the Service Department has been fantastic!! I've had every service check done there and they installed quite a bit of optional equipment installed by them. Always with a minimum of down time. Have over 6000 miles now with absolutely no complaints!! Fort Thunder, you're doing great!!
I had lunch with their new manager, Nick. He's a super guy with a very enthusiastic outlook on making The Fort known as the best customer service around. Stop in and meet him yourself!
After finding out a child molester working there, Drug felons and liars, I won't be taking anymore business to this establishment.
Fort Thunder is under new Ownership and New Management. They also Have a great New Parts and Service Manager. I have all my service done there. Give them a try and if your not happy with your service ask for Nick, the New GM. I'll bet he can fix the problem!

Well, it looks like if you don't buy a bike from #FortThunderHarleyDavidson because of their marked up prices, they delete all your info. Which could render your "loyalty" points useless. I redeemed mine with a last purchase. And it was rewarding. I did let them know I purchased a brand new bike for much less then their sticker price, plus extended warranty and at less then half their interest rate. Thank you #IronNationHarleyDavidson and #HarleyWorld
Jode Paris, the Sales Manager, Alan and Josh, the salesmen, as well as Nickie in the credit department bent over backwards to help us get our new Freewheeler. We stopped by there on Friday to "look" at some used trikes. Alan was on his second day on the job. He is knowledgeable about his product and either answered all of our questions or got us answers QUICK. Josh helped him with the papaerwork and got the ball rolling on Friday.
