The landlord will not give your security deposit back after 30 days and will ask you to pay unreasonable and excessive amounts of money for things that are inaccurately claimed as "damaged". The basement units will flood during the rainy season and people are smoking all over the place. The landlord came to our apartment (without our permission) and took pictures of our private things and posted them online (Zillow) to advertise the unit.
Do NOT rent here. 4315 River Road NW Washington DC. The "landlord" will STEAL your deposit. Also the house is in a really bad conditions they never repair anything.
