Convenient and decent prices. You will be lucky if you find a product where it is supposed to be. This store is sometimes empty and a lot of times unorganized. The prices are decent though.

Finally ! Maybe help is on the way I called the store and it was near closing time, but the operator told me she would connect me to an associate and I was on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to hang up. I called back the next morning I was on hold for 5 minutes, and the technician was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I think they just need a better system or maybe to develop internal operations to be more efficient. Otherwise, I think this could be an awesome business-best wishes.

Fry's Electronics Sales People Are Clueless: Tried to buy a Lenovo laptop, after checking he had the model in inventory, I was told they did not have any. We then went to the next model up same results, we then went to the next model which he said thay had 3 in stock, same results. When I finally found something they had in stock, it was an OPEN BOX ITEM! Someday I will go to FRY's and buy something they have, but someday is now a long way away.

Idiots I went to Fry's to look at Blu-ray players and really was interested in the wireless adapters. The staff was completely clueless, all they could do was tell me the general direction the items were in. After finding the players, it took me 20 minutes of wandering until I could even get a staff member to talk to me. Then they had no clue. Great place to buy, but know what you are buying. Competitive prices, great return policy, but sub-par staff knowledge. Only buy products you have researched yourself as the employees have very limited knowledge and will readily relay inaccurate information about their products.

Fry's Electronics is a bureaucratic nightmare Fry's has the largest selection of electronics of any retail store. Their prices are decent for some components. Fry's really fails in the realm of customer service. Employees are numerous and unfriendly. It seems that every purchase is surrounded in a mile of red tape. Returns are also a nightmare and require waiting in two lines if everything goes smoothly. Be prepared to ask for a manager because employees can't do anything. The best electronics retail at whole sale prices! I have spent thousands of $$$ at this store because you can't beat the selection and most of the prices! However, their customer service is quite lacking. Whenever I needed help within a few minutes I would realize that I knew more than the staff including management! I would love to work at this location because I would bring their customer service abilities to a new and improved level

Fry's Fry's is one of the best electronic stores youll ever find ( well in my opinion ) they have sooo many things to see,buy, and use. Thats were i bought my ddr pad and game. They work great and for a great price to. Youll find things in here that you wont find in other stores

Good store, poor customer service I have never seen a store bigger than Fry's for electronics, but the customer service there is horrible. It takes forever to return or exchange something.
