Everything Fry's is a great spot, this one is right off the 15 and is huge. They virtually have almost everything you need and want for home electircal devices like computers, cameras, game consoles, t.v.'s, etc. They have aisles and aisles of computer wires and cords and plugs and drives and software and everything. If you're looking for anything computer check out Fry's before the other guys.

Fry's Electronics is a bureaucratic nightmare Fry's has the largest selection of electronics of any retail store. Their prices are decent for some components. Fry's really fails in the realm of customer service. Employees are numerous and unfriendly. It seems that every purchase is surrounded in a mile of red tape. Returns are also a nightmare and require waiting in two lines if everything goes smoothly. Be prepared to ask for a manager because employees can't do anything. Also getting to this location is a headache even at ... read more

Idiots I went to Fry's to look at Blu-ray players and really was interested in the wireless adapters. The staff was completely clueless, all they could do was tell me the general direction the items were in. After finding the players, it took me 20 minutes of wandering until I could even get a staff member to talk to me. Then they had no clue. I left the store without making a purchase, next stop Radio Shak, their customer service and staff knowledge is 1000% percent better. I went to Fry's website and filed a complaint, it ... read more

A store that doesn't care about you, but they do have good prices. Everything in this store is cheaper than other stores. I don't know how they do it, maybe because they sacrifice customer service. The store is bigger than swapmeet and you can always find deals from the newspaper. The checkout line is ridiculous. There are over 40 registers but it still takes a while go through since so many people shop here.

Decent selection and price, but otherwise... Frys Electronics, while a decent resource for computer components and consumer electronics, can still be a bit of a trying experience. The warehouse setup allows for a large selection but is difficult to navigate, and the labeled departments seem to be suggestions more than anything else. When it comes to customer service, the employees seem to either not know the answer or not care enough to put any real effort into helping one out. In other words, Frys is a good resource if one ... read more

Best electronics store Fry's has to be the best electronics store in San Diego. They have warehouse prices (on almost everything!) and are probably the closest to online pricing around town. I just went yesterday to grab some hot items (how about a hotdog and drink for a quarter?) and always have a great time just walking around the aisles. This place is fun for everyone, whether you are shopping or bored.

Frys This is the largest electronic store I've ever been to. They even have a cafe so when you get tired of looking around, or work up an appetite walking through this place, you can rest your feet and feed your face. I recently bought a new laptop here and I was very pleased with the service I received. It probably helped that my dad was with me, so they knew we meant business. I told them my price range and what features I wanted, and they came back with some great options. They have the best selection I've ever seen, and ... read more

Finally ! Maybe help is on the way I called the store and it was near closing time, but the operator told me she would connect me to an associate and I was on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to hang up. I called back the next morning I was on hold for 5 minutes, and the technician was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I think they just need a better system or maybe to develop internal operations to be more efficient. Otherwise, I think this could be an awesome business-best wishes.
