My favorite store
We enjoy coming all the way from Salinas to get our items. Not just to this store but also the one in Campbell. This fry's has the worst customer service ever. I have complained not on one employee but 3. They get paid to assist if they want to conversate do it on your own time. No more coming to this one from now on Campbell it is.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. I went In to buy a laptop, found a laptop tablet combo. I then waited for about 20 minutes before no one came to ask if I needed any help, and asked someone to help me.. Guy tells me that it's on sale and they had some in stock, went to the counter and was then told that they DO NOT actually have it in stock, well they do but its for internet customers. watch out for this scam... frys will give you a promo code (if you sign up) the code is suppost tobe for huge savings on emailed items .so heres the scam ... when you check out u put your code in and then checkout ,only to find that the promo code DOES NOT WORK so they charge u FULL PRICE buyer beware..................................
I Worked here and it's one step away from slavery they pay is crap we are treated like crap even told when and how long to take bathroom breaks the reason why they have horrible customer service is because they hire stupid immature people who are not even trained but told to like everything up on google! Now that I quit I will never shop here again let's put them out of business! The best thing I ever did was leave and Sandra Hall started false rumours about her whore daughter who deserves this job and nothing more!
I ordered an item. Received a confirmation email stating that my item was available and ready for pick up. Drove to the store and was informed my item was unavailable. I asked the manager... "Why did I receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL that says my item is available if it ACTUALLY DOESN'T EXIST AND IS UNAVAILABLE?" This question was met with some lame run around and excuses.
