The cupboard is bare. Looks like they are closing down this facility. Another awesome store closes to be replaced by a generic vendor of consumer goods. Progress ?!?
Ever time I go to this location I get excellent service from Eric in computers. He is the go to guy.
Customer Service, know what you want and search for it when you go in! Overall though, one of the last sweet electronics stores left! Look around, you’d be surprised what you might find!
They advertise price matching with online prices but do not actually want to match online prices. It takes forever for them to verify the price and then they really treat you like crap when they have to match. “I’ll let it go this time” is what the manager said to me, after verifying the “Simple Fit Board” with Target. My friend bought one, being next in line and they didn’t honor the online price. Fry’s is shady.
Consumers beware Fry’s Electronics! I preordered the PlayStation 4 Spider-Man Collector’s Edition 9 WEEKS AGO & now they cancel my order when it’s sold out everywhere. Terrible customer service! So disappointed.
Major purchase, in/out 15 minutes - seems less crap full than i remember.
