My iPhone was stolen and Loss prevention didn’t do shit and keeps saying they’ll call me back. Fuck them and their store
Had my car window broken in broad daylight, 30 feet away from the front entrance. Nothing was stolen (I don't keep valuables in the car), but this place is clearly not safe. Stay away.
My credit card number was stolen from here and used to open a PayPal account, then purchases made in San Jose with it.
First time here in a while, I asked 3 people for an item and 2/3 misdirected me, now I'm in a 30 person line and they have 2 registers open. 0/10 chance of coming here again.
This place is insane. Literally everything you could think of for your techy needs, all presented in the best gaudy terrible decor. Like the place is ugly as sin but it just kinda works for it. It looks like it used to be a cheap halloween attraction, but that's like they're thing apparently.
