We had tried selling our house several times over 14 years and rented the house out in between trying to sell it. After tenants left the home with a lot of work to be done to be in order to get it into shape for selling. Dan Frost and his marketing team are literally miracle workers! In just two weeks Dan brought us 4 offers equal or above asking price. We chose an offer and just like that our home sold! I cannot speak highly enough on the job Dan did selling my home. From beginning to end, he was knowledgeable and always responsive. He had a great plan that he laid out on day 1 on his strategy to get the most for my home, and the plan worked perfectly. We listed on a Thursday, had 17 showing that weekend, and an accepted offer well over asking by Monday! I cannot recommend Dan enough, you will not be disappointed!
