I have been going to Frost and Float twice a week for cryo full body treatments to help with an old injury on my wrist which was broken in four places during an auto accident. My wrist feels better and the rest of my body gets therapeutic benefits at the same time. LOVE Frost and Float.
Had my first float today and it was WONDERFUL!!! Also got to try out the massage chair 🙌🙌🙌. Will be back next week !!! Taking my husband for cryotherapy ! Super helpful staff and owners 😊😊😊
First time ever experiencing the float and cyro. I have sever back, arthritis, and nerve problems. Today I feel great, slept like a baby without tossing and turning. I will for sure be going back. Not to mention the owners are kinda awesome.
