Frost and Float is AMAZING!!! Mommies, if you need a spa day getaway, this is your place!!! Better than any spa I’ve been to, because their treatments have incredible benefits and are beyond relaxing! The cryotherapy is rejuvenating and energizing, the massage chair is better than any massage therapist I’ve been to, and the float is so relaxing! I highly recommend giving them a try and asking for a gift certificate for Christmas!
So thankful for this facility!!!!! I took my daughter here for cryotherapy spot treatment on her calves after she strained them in a soccer game. The place is super clean, Jenna and the staff are GREAT! They are so knowledgeable and they explained the whole process in depth which in turn made my 11 year old daughter feel extremely comfortable. What an amazing facility and what wonderful staff!
My mother got me and my boyfriend a gift card to sit i the massage chairs. So amazing! So relaxing. The owner is super nice and friendly, made us feel very welcomed. We will be definitely going back for the other treatments!
Ha a great experience at Frost and Float! The people were so friendly and welcoming. Their massage chairs are amazing (not your normal massage chair) and the massage therapist finds all of your problem areas! The float room was very relaxing. I can’t wait to try their other “Frost” treatments!
Oh my gosh where do I start. Saturday my husband and I went for the massage chair and full body cryotherapy! There are simply no adequate words to describe those massage chairs! You just have to try them for yourself! We both did the -278 cryo. I had zero pain afterwards!! My husband always has aches and pains from his job and injuries. He felt great.
