Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing atmosphere in the entire spa. The float, massage chair, and cryo facial were all amazing.
They are knowledgeable, professional and very kind. We had an Veterans event at my work today, Frost & Float came over for the day to give spot treatments to our patients and staff! If you have a gym membership and use it frequently there’s no excuse not to have a recovery plan. Frost and Float is MY recovery center because they offer Cryo treatments, FLOATS and houses a great sports massage professional, Derrick Guzman. The owners of F&F are kind, knowledgeable and SUPER FRIENDLY. Their treatments will get you closer and closer to your goals whether it’s to lose weight, gain muscle or maintain. As a full time soccer coach and being on the field all day, recovery is important. I’ve done cryo in few spots and frost and float has the coldest machine I’ve seen. By far the best for my recovery.

I had a great experience all 3 times I was in for cryotherapy treatment on my ankle. I left with NO pain today and Jenna taped me up good for my race this weekend! They are very informative, reasonably priced and my kids can’t wait to go back because they love the massage chairs�
After having a cervical fusion, I’ve continued to have extreme neck and shoulder pain. My daughter talked me into trying out a float, to help ease the pain. I’m so glad that I took her advice. I felt amazing after I was finished. So amazing that I purchased a package deal on the spot. Next time I go in, I’m going to try cryotherapy along with a float. The staff there is incredible and extremely helpful. I am definitely recommending to all of my friends.
We went yesterday and truly enjoyed ourselves. Not only is it a welcoming atmosphere, but the employees are all helpful and sweet. We will be back.
