I love Frost & Float! I work in surgery at local hospital and I worked a straight 18 hours on my feet on call yesterday, the float this morning was exactly what my body needed! I fell right to sleep during my float & felt refreshed & relaxed! Any healthcare providers that have jobs like mine that beat our bodies & minds up...go FLOAT!
Just finished my first float session and will absolutely be back often. AMAZING experience. Everyone should try this at least once! The price is a bargain for all the amazing benefits floating gives you. Thank you!

My mother went for cryotherapy 2 weeks ago since she had a certificate for $20 procedure plus free massage. My mother had a great experience she especially loved the massage chair, but when she came home she noticed that $40, not $20 were charged. She called right away. She was given a choice of getting a refund or I could go for free (I was supposed to get a treatment that day too, but couldn't because I was sick). She made an appointment for me for today. Friendly & informative. I loved the massage chair! I sent my fiance there a few hours after my appointment to get one done as well. Will definitely be going back.
We were introduced to F&F by some good friends and it has been heaven sent for my daughter’s recovery. She is an Elite level GK who also runs track & XC and dbl trains almost daily. Without Jenna & Kate (& Andy) who knows where she would be w/injuries.
