I so seldom have a comment that isn't positive - but this time the chair I sat in was not comfy. Right side arm rest seemed broken and it was as hard as granite. I should have asked for a back pillow but thought of that too late. I give five stars ***** to everything else! People- environment- attitude- et al.
The cleaning seemed rushed this time and not as thorough. Time was also cut short by about 10 minutes.
When I initially showed up with a missing tooth, since I couldnât be seen right away,one of the techs could have told me how I could put the tooth back in temporarily (as the doc told me later) until my appt time so thatâs could have returned to work and not missed an entire morning of work. Other than that, I was very pleased with my actual appt.
Automated Schedule bot gave and confirmed a time for my appointment that did not coincide with actual appointment schedule, or vice versa. I had the appointment in my calendar the day it was set 4 months prior, and the automated confirmation notices (text and email) confirmed the date and time that I had originally recorded on my calendar. Dr. Dan and his staff are the best! Our family has been coming to Frost Family Dentistry for years. The staff is always awesome. I really like the text and email reminders when it's time for my appointment.
