I don't like the pressure of having to take X-rays and being treated like a bad parent. My son has high functioning Autism and I an lucky that he even wants to have his teeth cleaned. He takes good care of his teeth. We do understand how cavities are formed and if we get any, Dr Frost will not be blamed for them. I was asked over and over again about x-rays and that made me under pressure. My kids have been going to dentist since the first tooth and we know the drill.
Overall it was good but I don't know why they didn't take my X-ray this time.
Dr frost was amazing as usual and so was his assistant for fixing my chipped tooth, but the next gal i saw to clean my teeth was not the nicest. She did it super fast, but also dug really hard and my gums still hurt. Never bled so much. I never had this before. Everyone else is so nice and good.
Hi Frost Dentistry Team, While the staff is stellar, the facilities are looking a bit run down. Being a newer patient, I couldnât help but notice the dark lobby and squeaky front door (first floor) and also the tape on patient chair (room #4). Can this be looked at to tidy up for first and lasting impressions for patients? Many thanks!
Well, I had my teeth cleaned and I was a bit upset. I've never had it hurt so much before. I got poked and prodded and it hurt a lot. Absolutely no sympathy or support, which I am used to with you guys. I also asked in advance for a lot of thorough rinsing and spitting (preventative suggestion due to history of endocarditis) I didn't feel I got that. Maybe she didn't understand. Dr. Frost, as always is a hilarious delight. My secondary appointment with Shannon was a tad dull. She barely spoke and we didn't have a great connection.
The visit itself was very good as always, although I am still waiting for an email with a quote for further dental work. Said email was promised the day after my exam. Staff here is always very friendly and welcoming.
Perhaps I missed a message, but I was very surprised to show up and have a different hygenist.
