Dental hygienist was very rude throughout the visit and I didnât even see the dentist. âHas it been a really LONG time since you have had your teeth cleaned?â she said. I told her that I come every 6 months. She proceeded to tell me all about the plaque in my mouth gets worse as we get old and then at the end told me I had great looking teeth and the dentist didnât need to see them. Maybe different conversation starters would be more appropriate. .
RecommendedI wandered into Frost DDS a year or so back for an “emergency” as they were near another appointment I was at. All of the staff have been terrific, they are professional, friendly, polite, and just nice. I’ve been back several times for cleanings and other work. Last week Julia did the cleaning and she was very skillful. Dr. Souquet is outstanding and an interesting guy. Thank you all for the great service!
Appointment started more or less on time - maybe 5-10 min late. Everyone was very friendly. Interactions with Dr. Frost were positive. My retainer could not be cleaned because the office was out of the necessary solution - not a huge issue but unfortunate and somewhat inconvenient. Shannon the RDH was very friendly and nice but I will say that she was my least favorite dental hygienist that I've had in many visits to FFD. Some of the scrapping she did seemed really harsh and abrasive - more so than in any other cleaning ... read more
Please get warmer water. My teeth are sensitive to the cold and it would make a big difference.
Appointment at 10:00. Didnât get seen until 10:17-10:20. I donât work but I do volunteer. It caused an issue.
Hello - it's nice that your team reaches out to find ways they can improve. I always find the front desk very friendly and helpful. Thank you. I had to re-complete paperwork because my first paperwork from last appt was misplaced. I enjoyed the hygenist that cleaned my teeth but it was unpleasant having water spray all over my face. That did not happen the previous two times. Therefore, I requested Chelsea for my next appt. No need for response. Thx
I was there for a 7am appointment and the door was locked. Also the dentist was not there.
Service was great, Chelsea is always nice, and very thorough and gentle with my teeth. The only negative was the wait time - it was > 15 minutes yesterday :(
