We are the first spa in the New England area to offer Cryotherapy, Float Therapy and Infrared Therapy all in one place! We are a spa, but our main focus is health. We entered this field because we believe in alternative methods of health and wellness. We recently added Normatec recovery and Celluma laser-light therapy!

Frost and float is the place to be! I’ve done the cryo therapy a few times now and loved it! The staff makes you feel comfortable and are super knowledgeable and friendly! They put on fun music to pass the time and check in on you! Can’t say enough about this place!
I absolutely loved frost and float! I’ve tried both the cryo and sauna therapies and would recommend either! The staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I can’t wait to visit again!
I’ve done both the Cryotherapy & infrared sauna! Cryo was amazing, helped soothe my chronic back pain! The infrared sauna is my absolute favorite, with amazing benefits like relaxation, increased circulation (I have raynauds in my hands & feet), skin purification and weight loss! The staff is the best. Can’t wait to come back and try the float!
Trying the float was a surreal experience, great stress relief.
The staff are great. They explain everything and really understand all aspects of the treatments. I've frosted and floated. Both are really great treatements for back pain, which I suffer from due to work. I can't recommend them enough.

First time floating and I loved it. Staff was helpful, pleasant, professional and friendly. Will recommend friends and family who live in the area. I am from NH so it's not close by me but I will refer people without a second thought.
