We are the first spa in the New England area to offer Cryotherapy, Float Therapy and Infrared Therapy all in one place! We are a spa, but our main focus is health. We entered this field because we believe in alternative methods of health and wellness. We recently added Normatec recovery and Celluma laser-light therapy!

Clean, relaxing, beautiful and refreshing. Tried cryotherapy for the first time and loved it!! I can’t wait to go back!!!
Friendly knowlegable staff that will make you feel like family. The facility is clean and state of the art. Did the cryotherapy and will definatley be back for the infared sauna and floating.
I am so glad I found this place. I float once per week and it has helped me tremendously. Priced very reasonably and super friendly staff. If you want improvements in your life, wether it be mentally or physically, definitely start coming here.
Amazing state of the art place. New wave of therapy and it’s owned by a local Watertown family who could not possibly be any nicer or more customer service oriented. I highly recommend it to all. Great for the mind, body, and soul.
5/5 will return. First time was with infrared sauna, next go around will by cryo!
The Frost and Float Spa is such an incredible experience. The three types of therapies that are offered are extremely unique and highly addicting, in a good way. My favorite is the infrared sauna which I have done a few times now. It helped me de-stress and detoxify as well as just being a calming experience. I can't wait to try the cryo next!
