We are the first spa in the New England area to offer Cryotherapy, Float Therapy and Infrared Therapy all in one place! We are a spa, but our main focus is health. We entered this field because we believe in alternative methods of health and wellness. We recently added Normatec recovery and Celluma laser-light therapy!

The best place hands down whether it’s for recovery after fitness training, race or competition or just to detox. The staff is fantastic and make you feel at home.

Frost and Float was an amazing experience. I've been twice now & have tried the infared sauna & float therapy. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly.
