We entered this field because we believe in alternative methods of health and wellness. We recently added Normatec recovery and Celluma laser-light therapy!

RecommendedFrost and Float is professional and beautiful. The art is soothing and the Float experience is incredible. I am currently a nursing student and under a lot of stress, this experience released all the stress and truly helped me relax. Having experienced several float places in the past, I appreciate the care that Frost and Float has put into their place. The environment is clean and friendly, the water temperature was perfect, and there were a couple of quiet lounges to relax in afterward. I will definitely be back!
My friend and I are training for our first marathon. We have heard so many great things about cryotherapy and always wanted to try it out. So glad we did. I feel amazing after! The place is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Went in on the spur of the moment to check out the place! It was beautiful & clean. David Jr and Dina couldn’t have been nicer!!! They took the time to explain the different benefits of each service.
