I have been trying to reach someone at frontsteps for weeks now. Received an email September 14 asking to confirm if we were ready for the upgrade I said yes. As of today, no upgrade, I have been emailing and calling leaving voice mails but no response, they were however very responsive in the beginning when trying to convince us to switch. I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer service.
No customer support.
We are a large senior community and have been using Athome for years. I schedule an introduction call and a demo with Shaun Rogers. Both were being done via the online meeting software Fronsteps uses. Shaun didn't show up for either meeting. I have sent email, left phone messages, no one replies. Very, very poor customer service.
I have been trying to contact Frontsteps and their Association Voice subsidiary for my HOA for almost week, set multiple emails, voice message and chat message. No one contacts me. Nothing. I ever LinkedIn messaged their CEO. If that's how they treat prospective customers who want to see a demo, how do they treat you once you're on board???
platform good; support poor in my opinion. We have not transitioned from our old to front steps. i hope you got more support than i have. we too are a senior community and so far i am not impressed with the reach out or support. either this company is too large, under staffed,or focusing on internal issues because they don't provide any help that i have come upon--a rushed phone call, referred to a video online, no written info, sketchy answers to questions. i feel they r much too busy for my small senior community. looking ... read more
We have fought hard to keep this software as many members of our community are seniors and are challenged technologically. When our admin inadvertently deleted board minutes we thought it would be a quick restore. BTW, she was trying to sort them in date order, newest first. A fix of your software would have prevented this. She will be calling for assistance. HOWEVER, everyone jumped through hoops to get us our restore quicker than originally quoted.
