After 5 exhausting, stressful months, thousands of dollars later, we are still at square one with nothing set up or ready to go. 5 months. The disorganization and inability to solve the smallest of issues is beyond frustrating. We have bought new equipment to make it work and it’s only new issue after issue. Day after day.
We should be employing a United States Firm. Not a company from Canada
Scrap everything and redo their entire platform. Their software has so many glitches. Their customer service is decent depending on who you talk to, but with their horrible platform, they often can't really do anything to help and when they do it's either a band-aid fix or they didn't even fix the problem even though they said they did.
Terrible operation. incompetent. paid and got nothing in return. basically a bunch of crooks.
We have been trying to get FRONSTEPS to solve a problem for a few weeks now. We logged in one day to find that over 5000 homeowners moved in and the same out. SOMETHING happened... they say it's duplicates just add the unit number. UMMMMMMM who has time to fix something that we did not cause for over 5000 units. PLUS, it really is not user friendly. ALSO... Payments online we can't get the TXT file they give us to download into TOPS. They say it isn't them, TOPS says it isn't them.... SO NO SUPPORT. We feel like we are just ... read more

Can’t use it from iPhone has a lot of kinks to work out I don’t think it’s user friendly either
Their customer service is horrific! We have been chasing them down for a quote for weeks.... and what happened when we got one...... It was twice the amount we were paying and we were asking for a quote for minimal service. Does anyone there know what's going on?
Respond to your support requests. Give the correct answers when asked a question. Respect and value your customers. Train your staff. Stop posting photos of your support staff participating in national mustache day, and tell them to go back to their desk and get to work. Do not deal with this company!
