We used Athomenet for our HOA and after Frontsteps bought them, we get horrible support. Now they're holding us hostage as we try to move off of their services. We can't wait to get away!

Our company has been 6 days without email and support will not return calls. They gave us 1 day notice to save all emails & contact because they were migrating to a new company. We lost everything...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! For two weeks half of our 1400 users have not had access to our website. They've actually been directed to another HOA's website. Great security ... They keep escalating our problem apparently to one incompetent person after the other. Did I mention it's been TWO WEEKS?? Trilogy at Rio Vista, a customer, for now...

where do i begin. crap support, difficult getting questions answered. Then I find out that a new website has all owners information set to public. each person has to set it to private if they don't want their email and phone number available to the public. Outrageous choice on their part.
